TietoEnator Digital Innovations is building a unit in Norway focusing on "Digital Self Service" and "Future Office". Our main customers are companies and organisations serving a mass-market. Our strength lies within our solid foothold and focus and our ability to identify and integrate the end-user's needs. We are among the largest within our field, in Northern Europe – and are still growing.
We are now looking for a Senior Consultant in User Experience, who will help us increase the efficiency of our customers, and develop their business through digitalising their sales, service processes and internal digital work environment.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new "entrepreneurial team" in Oslo, and to work with some of the most exciting customers within your field. You will have a central role in our projects and be part of a truly international working environment.
As part of our team, you will be working as a senior user experience consultant:
You will be responsible for digitalising our customers services.
Conceptualizing of self-services and our customers service concepts.
Conceptualizing and developing services for information workers
You will be process manager and project manager for the user experience team within the projects.
Desired background:
You have a MA/BA in design related studies (industrial, computer science with specialization within user experience etc.).
At least 5 years experience from the IT industry or industrial design.
You have experience with UI design and modeling.
You are eager to develop further within your field of competence.
You have the ability to build trust both in customer relations and with your colleagues.
