About the Company:
Ocean Observations, a Swedish agency based in Stockholm focusing on GUI- and industrial-design for mobile phones, is looking for a Senior Interaction Designer with experience from mobile GUIs. We work mainly with international clients why project language is English. However, most of us speak Swedish at the office and it might be nice to know some for social reasons. Please see description of opening below.
Senior Interaction Designer
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Start date: around March 1
Project language: English (mainly)
Responsibilities:
Leading interaction and user interface efforts from prototypes to large-scale applications in high profile projects.
Applying UX design skills and principles to mobile phone GUI design and to some extent product design.
Working closely with Graphic Designers, Industrial Designers and Strategists.
Requirements:
Experience in designing mobile phone GUIs
In depth knowledge of user interface design principles and a user centered design process; user research, information architecture and user testing.
Experience in planning GUI-projects.
Experience in preparing and leading workshops.
