Currently we have e-commerce sites in 13 markets. Our goal is to continue worldwide expansion to become the global leader on the retail e-commerce market.
Digital Store Concept team is responsible for leading the work to develop existing and future digital store concepts with the goal to deliver an outstanding store experience that maximizes selling and strengthens our brand.
As a senior Service Designer at H&M you will lead the work developing digital concepts and identify new inspiring concepts and services. Together with the team you will manage the design process from user research to build, test and refine prototypes for all H&M’s digital touch points (desktop, tablet, mobile web and apps). The customer is always our starting point and your mission is to transform the customer value to business opportunities.
