Visma’s IT and Communication department is looking for an ambitious usability architect to join us in developing world-class interface design and usability. We encourage both graduates and candidates with relevant experience to apply.
As our usability specialist you will join a team of highly skilled and motivated design, communication technical experts. You will be a driving force in pushing the envelope for usability for our websites, applications and innovative marketing campaigns in a vast array of digital communication channels and platforms.
We seek candidates who are motivated by utilizing their creativity as well as skills and expertise. The work will give you challenges in a number of areas, ranging from hands-on work with usability procedures and design to prototyping, testing and other HCI-activities.
You will focus on the usability and interaction design for internal IT-projects as well as assisting the Design and HCI-manager to establish HCI and usability standards in the different units and divisions of Visma.
We believe that you have
- higher education within the field of Human-Computer Interaction and/or Cognitive Psychology or Industrial design
- experience within HCI/Usability research and that you have a solid understanding and experience from the most commonly used usability methods
- good analytical skills
- a strong sense and interest in identifying usability constraints and obstacles, and translating them into great interface design
- solid knowledge when it comes to graphical design and using Photoshop as a design tool
Additionally, it would come in handy if you have
- experience in project management
- good communicative skills in english
